Cancellation Policy for Specialty Classes and Personal Development Workshops
Students can cancel their reservation 15 days prior to the session start date and receive a full refund. Cancellations within 15 days of the class/workshop date cannot be refunded, transferred or extended. Any missed class or workshop will not be credited or refunded. Serene Yoga Studio can cancel this session 7 days prior to the start date if minimum enrolment has not been met. Any students enrolled will receive a full refund. Topics/workshop titles and facilitators are subject to change. Any refund transactions may take up to 90 days to be completed.

Cancellation Policy for Teacher Training and Advance Teacher Training
Students can cancel their reservation 30 days prior to the session start date. The cost of the class will be refunded minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date can not be refunded, transferred or extended. Any missed classes or workshops will not be credited or refunded. No refunds or credit for missed workshops. Serene Yoga Studio can cancel this session 7 days prior to the start date, if minimum enrolment has not been met. Any students enrolled will receive a full refund. Topics/workshop titles and facilitators are subject to change. Any refund transactions may take up to 90 days to be completed.

Policy on Booking & Cancelling Private Off-Site Workshops, Events & Retreats
Once a date is booked for a private off-site event, payment must be made in full. If the event is booked more than 30 days in advance when cancelled, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. There can be no refunds or credits for any cancellations within 30 days of the workshop, event or retreat. This policy may change depending on the specifics of your booking. If your cancellation policy is different from the above, Serene will communicate to you or your organization your unique cancellation policy.

Policy for In-Studio to Live Stream Changes
Serene Yoga Studio reserves the right to change any in-studio class to live stream.

Senior Discount Policy for Class Passes
Senior rates may be available for selected workshops. Please see registration details for each individual workshop, event or retreat

Live Stream Classes
At Serene Yoga Studio we have invested in the highest speed & quality of internet so that we can bring our members the most reliable connection possible for our Live Stream offerings. Serene is not responsible for dropped internet connections that are caused by inclement weather or by technology issues not directly related to Serene Yoga Studio. By choosing Live Stream classes/offerings, participants accept that there are no transfers, refunds or make-up classes if internet/connection issues arise that are not related to Serene Yoga Studio.
