Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) will help you learn how to intentionally cope better with pain, illness and the stress within your life. This is an eight week program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is offered across the world within corporations, in healthcare, education and as part of wellness programs.

As a participant, you will learn mindfulness meditation, body movements, and explore ways to better cope with stress. You will engage in an experiential journey and participate in an all day of Mindfulness practices, receive recordings and a workbook.

Mindful Movement and Meditation

The Mindful Movement and Meditation class combines yoga postures designed to prepare you for a 30 minute meditation practice. It is a perfect introduction to mindfulness for those who are new to meditation. If you are experienced or have graduated from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program, this class is an opportunity to continue your practice.
